1. Direct Bank Transfer (Preferred Method – No Fees)

This method has no additional charges and is ideal for clients booking services such as: International student support, Consultation services, Document review & filing support, Coaching or advisory services, Long-term packages.

After completing your booking or receiving an invoice, please transfer the payment to:

2. Online Payment via Wix Payments (Processing Fees and Tax Apply)

⚠️ Note: The payment processor charges a transaction fee.

This fee is automatically deducted from your payment and does not go to GOTISA UG.

3. Payment Confirmation

Direct bank transfers may take 1–2 business days to reflect.

Online payments are processed immediately.

Once payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email or invoice.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy

GOTISA UG provides advisory, consulting, and student-support services. Because our services involve time-based consultation, administrative work, and personalized preparation, refunds may be limited depending on the stage of service delivery.By purchasing or booking a service, you agree to the terms below.

2. Refunds for Consultation Services
✔ Full Refund: Available only if the client cancels at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

✔ Partial Refund: If cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the appointment, a 50% fee applies to cover preparation time.

❌ No Refund: If the client fails to attend the session (“no-show”), or Cancels after the consultation has already begun.

 

3. Refunds for Document Review & Application Assistance

These services involve immediate preparation work.

❌ No refund is provided once work has started. If the client cancels before work begins, a full refund is issued.

 

4. Refunds for Packages (Study Support, Visa Guidance, Relocation, etc.)

Package services involve multiple steps.

Refund eligibility: ✔ 80% refund, If the client cancels before the first service/task has been delivered.

✔ 30% refund, If the client cancels after the first session or support activity, but before more than 50% of the package is delivered.

❌ No refund, Once 50% or more of the package has been completed.

5. Digital Products / Materials

If GOTISA UG provides digital documents, templates, or downloadable guides: ❌ No refund, after digital materials have been delivered, in accordance with § 312f BGB (Germany).

6. Service Delivery Issues

If GOTISA UG cannot deliver a service due to internal reasons (e.g., illness, technical failure):

✔ A new appointment will be offered or ✔ A full refund will be provided,the client will not incur any additional charges.

 

7. Processing of Refunds

Refunds are issued using the original payment method: Bank transfers → refunded to the same bank account,Card payments →refunded via Wix Payments (processing time may vary). Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
