Follow these simple steps to secure your study loan and open your German blocked account with GOTISA.

Step 1 – Become a Life Member

To apply, you must first register as a Life Member of GOTISA.

Membership gives you access to personalized support and loan eligibility.
Make sure you meet all basic application requirements before proceeding.

Step 2 – Prepare Your Documents

You’ll need the following:

• Admission letter or proof of university application

• Valid international passport

• Recent photo ID

• Notarized authorization (verified at the German Embassy in your home country)

• Guarantee deposit – 1/3 of your blocked-account amount

• Proof of Life Membership payment

• Proof of Service Charge payment

Step 3 – Account Creation

Once your documents and payments are confirmed, and with your full consent, GOTISA will help you create your blocked account (Sperrkonto)—required for your German study visa.
All legal documents must be notarized at the German Embassy in your home country.

Step 4 – Funding & Ownership

GOTISA can cover up to two-thirds of your total funds in blocked accounts.
After the account is created:

• It will be entirely owned and controlled by you.

• GOTISA will no longer have any access or withdrawal rights.

• Our responsibility ends once the account is successfully funded and activated.

All rights and obligations are clearly detailed in the notarized legal agreement.

Step 5 – Apply for Your Study Visa

You can now use your verified blocked-account confirmation to complete your German study visa application.

Your guarantee deposit is fully refundable if your study visa application is not approved.
